Hangzhou Insight Culture Media Co., Ltd. · Last updated: 26 October 2026 · Effective: 26 October 2026
The short version: we only collect the contact details you type in yourself, we use them only to talk to you about your project, we never sell or share them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. The frame-check tool on this site does not upload your footage — the video stays in your own browser's memory and disappears when you close the tab.
This site is operated by Hangzhou Insight Culture Media Co., Ltd., 2F, Building 3, Qianqin Park, Xinjie Subdistrict, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. We are the controller of the information described here.
Only what you choose to type into the “Start a project” form or an email:
We do not collect: ID numbers, bank details, precise location, your contacts or photo library. This site carries no third-party advertising or behavioural tracking scripts.
To reply to your enquiry, decide whether we are a fit, and discuss a quote and schedule. We do not add you to marketing lists and we do not use it to pitch unrelated services.
Submissions go into the cloud database we use (servers located in mainland China) and are visible only to the colleagues who handle business enquiries. If a project does not go ahead, we keep the record for at most 24 months; it is deleted on expiry or as soon as you ask.
We do not sell your information and do not pass it to third parties, except where the law requires it, or where a signed partner is essential to deliver work you have commissioned (for example, a location we hire for a shoot).
You can ask us to access, correct or delete anything you have submitted, at any time and without giving a reason:
We reply within 7 working days.
“INSIGHT FitCheck” runs entirely in your browser: the video file is not sent to a server, not written to disk and not transcoded; it is released from memory when you close the page. Choosing a file creates no upload record.
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above. For significant changes (for example, a new category of data), we will note it on the home page.
